This company is a total joke. None.

Cons

By far the worst company I have ever seen in my entire professional career. They hire you to do a job and will not allow you to do it. Properties that are decaying, ignored, and overpriced. Poor residents are treated badly. This company is a total embarrassment to good, honest, decent companies. The worst mistake I ever made working an hour for them.

Tryko Partners is a growing real estate management company that treats employees well. The professional atmosphere at the corporate office is something not often found in Ocean County, NJ. Company barbecues, lunches, holiday parties, seasonal gifts and year end bonuses are all part of the great company culture.

Cons

Fast paced environment, need to be able to keep up.

Pros

You got paid. But not well. Bottom or below average pay for all positions. But they did pay in a timely and dependable manner.

Cons

Oversight from corporate office was way off the charts. Every person who works at corporate thinks they are a VP. VP allows this happen. VP also undercuts managers by calling employees directly and undermines managers authority. High Stress levels promoted by upper management.
