Pros

Smart but lazy collegues. Hard to get jobs done due to the environment. Average salary in the country's terms. Very few talented collegues.

Cons

Not supportive environment, some closed decision circles that do not allow even hardworking ones. A mass that thinks they can do big things, though they have very tiny knowledge.

Pros

Better than average salary, good benefits, kongre holiday times, good reputation, supports personal development

Cons

Not everyone working in their own expert area, too much pressure from the top, too heavy workload on some colleagues whereas some do nothing at all, government involved ideologically into scientific affairs, which in my opinion should remain unbiased.
