Nicest part is the test building.
Cons
No female engineers, everyone is conservative and religious. No cost of living increase, no organization. Company is run by Japanese parent company who is out of touch and unhelpful.

Too overwhelming, you have around 45 seconds to assemble parts together on a line that is non stop, you can’t control it. If you get behind everyone has to wait on you. If you sneeze your fcked. This is quantity over quality
