Pros

Great Work life balance. Great strategic growth plan by founding partners and COO. You get out of the firm exactly what you put into it. Expectations are very clear. Tightly run organization with a clear focus on future growth. Every day is a day to learn, grow, and achieve. Firm is very open about the expectations, and is very free to share plans for the future.

Cons

At times, there is not enough hours in the day to get everything you want to accomplish done - but management supports day to day activities as a priority to achieve long term growth goals.

Pros

Clean building, organized management, working office equipment

Cons

This is a toxic environment where good employees are fired while the not so good employees stay employed and wreak havoc! One day you could be in a management position then next you will be fired under false accusations. Your name will be slandered and they will enjoy it! Beware friends it's not as it appears

Pros

The administrative staff is stellar - there are a lot of good people working here that deserve better. Also, the hours are fairly flexible, and this looks good on your resume. From an administrative standpoint, once you work here, you can handle anything.

Cons

To start, most of these good reviews are fake. Management is very concerned with how people perceive this firm. They would much rather spend resources appearing to be a great firm than actually fix the problems and legitimately be a great firm. The pay is very low, with even smaller bonuses (if you get one at all). There is absolutely no incentive to stay, everyone is replaceable and you know it. Management is very overbearing and passive aggressive. For example, if someone is seen doing something that merits a write up, they will write you up a week later instead of just talking to you about it when it happens. Very counterproductive. For many of these reasons, people quit all the time. Hardly ever give two weeks notice, many just clear out their desks and never come back. This of course adds to your workload, as it will most likely be months before they are replaced. I spent most of my time here doing double the work for the exact same low salary, and management did not care.
