We identified this as an area for improvement and have taken a number of steps in the last 3-6 months to improve our onboarding experience for colleagues and managers. We have created automated workflows that allow for a smooth process, including around company vehicles, uniforms, fuel cards, and training and induction for our Field Service colleagues. Thanks, Mark
