Parking at HQ can be a challenge, but facilities overall are benefiting from a programme of overhaul and renewal.

Management direction, understanding across business different, no priorirties

Toxic. Most are out to look after themselves, and the feeling I got was the management are waiting to trip you up. Insecure, incompetent managers who were promoted out of just hanging around long enough hold back anyone showing promise. Nepotism? One of the most senior positions has their Nephew "working" in the building, and I wonder what they talk about on the golf course at weekends. They're stuck in a cycle where they can't get quality people in because of the morons in management positions, and can't get rid of the morons because they can't get talent in the door.

The training is poor. Nothing is explained very well and the training is poor and it is all you are doing well but....you have got that but......

Too many changes of management and no one focussing on customer requirements.

The company has been in decline since being sold by the founder to private finance entities. The never ending merry-go-round of Directors, Chairman and senior management have failed to oversea the development of critical new products and allowed the Factory to fall into a poor state of repair. After 10/15 years of miss management and filling directors pockets, the company is now making lower tier employee's pay via mass redundancies. This is being dealt with poorly too, with people left in limbo for weeks to find out there fate.

I am happy here and do not have any negatives.
