High quality maintenance , best quality tools, steady payment, cheap tickets.

Cons

Half price salary of general salary of aviation industry( maintenance) , time pressure, no employee rights , fake industry union , mobbing, managers or administiration is not care you, if you working here you are just a number, hard working shifts, forced extra shifts. Unfortunately they all legal. Read before you sign your contract.
