      Great projects and pay with permanent WFH

      Pros

      One of the coolest workplaces I have ever worked in my 10 years of experience: great projects, great pay, permanent WFH. North American client. No micro management. On-time salary. The HR manager is extremely helpful.

      Cons

      Can get better laptops as I have a basic ThinkPad. Since I work with US client I have to be on calls till 1 am sometimes. (But I guess thats ok as I start my day at 3pm). Can not got the office as its a permanant WFH. Management should give option to come to office once in a while, but thats ok. All in all good
