There are a lot: 1. Too much micro management. 2. Not a Goal oriented organisation. They mainly focus on what you have done on a particular Day. 3. management words are not matching with their actions. Toxic environment 4. Very bad leave policy. why do we have leaves if we can’t utilise it.
