Not so good for tutors

Pros

Can work part time from anywhere anytime.

Cons

Do not consider tutors as their company's members. They do not give any bonuses and a fixed amount is given for the last one year I worker here. They even cut our pay for less than 3 star rating given by the student without reviewing the lesson, its all in hands of student. I had lost many dollars due to this. Sometimes students who are new gives wrong rating by mistake. I tried to contact them regarding this for which they replied that correcting a student's mistake is not in their system now. We have to be always in front of our computer to accept a lesson, the lesson is claimed within 2 seconds. There is no benefit for the tutors whose ratings are good. They send us mail telling they have many applications in review which means they doesn't care about us. They can close our our account without giving any warning.

Pros

For approximately seven years, I was employed at Tutorme and can confidently say that Myles was the best CEO I had the pleasure of working under. During my tenure, I never received any negative feedback or warnings.

Cons

I experienced harassment from enemies disguised as students or anonymous trolls. However, as soon as Myles left, things took a turn for the worse. The new management team began scrutinizing every session, often finding faults where none existed, needlessly creating problems. It is true that they encourage you to post positive reviews
