      1. Cross-functional learning is good

      1. Management is incredibly poor and egoistic 2. 7 years gone, still unaware how to generate business 3. Firing employees is a norm irrespective of the market condition 4. Business is miserable due to over-reliance on a couple of customers who pay on recurring basis 5. Manager less, politician more! 6. You have to grovel for even a one-day leave

      Not much work pressure

      Pros

      Work life balance is good. People are good and supportive until you lack skills and is not better than the mentor/seniors. Try to underperform if you want to continue with the company because if you perform well they will try to remove you (internal politics).

      Cons

      If are completing your work on time, they will increase your work with weeks, so try to complete the task as late as late as possible, it will be good. There is always internal politics if you are better than your mentor.
