Cons
Management who does not listen yet very judgemental. A very cliquey company - if you belong to the right clique, no matter how bad (never turned up for work, not fulfilling responsibilities etc) you are, you get all the credits regardless. Highly gossipy company which culture passed down from upper management. Even VPs will gossip about their direct reports instead of working with or mentoring them for the better.
