Pros

-The individuals who work here are genuine and caring. -Projects will challenge you to become a better professional. Learning should be the primary reason you should want to work here. -The projects are ambitious and cool to work on.

Cons

-The management team is very upward-focused, and employees are not considered primary stakeholders when making decisions. -Management is reactive instead of proactive. -Culture is diminishing due to the management team trying to grow the company too quickly. Thus, turnover and employee dissatisfaction are on the rise. -North American culture is very different than the UK's. -All projects will be under-resourced. -You will be put in many sink or swim situations with very little support from the company. This will lead to amazing learning experiences but not without long hours and struggle. If you are not a self-starter, then I would re-consider working here. -No formal onboarding process. -Expect to work very long hours. If work-life balance is important to you, then I would reconsider working here. -Although you may progress quite quickly as a professional, don't expect your pay to rise with your ability to perform. -Role progression is quite slow even though it is a growing company. -There are a few diversity and inclusion issues. -Two Circles is a 200+ person company without an HR department. This speaks volumes about how much they are willing to invest in anything that doesn't generate client revenue.

Pros

Great Colleagues although a bit cliquey A feeling of priveledge working with some of the biggest sporting organisations in the world.

Cons

Salary doesnt meet market rate No structured training for developers to upskill. They would prefer developers to stay down in the weeds fixing things rather than lead on using new tools and being innovative. Very inexperienced workforce always hiring fresh graduates as data analysts from non-analytical educational backgrounds. This leaves those who can perform under pressure to pick up the slack. High pressure and constant volume of work doesnt allow you time to effectively plan and implement solutions. Developers are treated as inferior to analysts even if they know and understand the data better than analysts. Little recognition for developers.

Pros

office environment was very positive, and colleagues were consistently friendly and supportive. generous time off, strong flexibility around working both from home and in the office

Cons

Extreme lack of adequate support from both management and the broader team. I often did not feel valued, respected, or appreciated in my role. Limited transparency and visibility around salary structure and bonus information, and questions in this area frequently went unanswered. Unorganized and not great structure throughout the company. Proceed with caution if considering a role here.
