Fun to work in a small group environment and got to get exposure to a few different things
Cons
Management thinks they know everything because they've been running this not-particularly-successful business for decades and made a bit of money at some 1990s tech company nobody remembers. Customer set is very demanding and ask for a lot of bespoke work done to make our dated tech work. Lifestyle business with little equity opportunity -- if you want a small team environment go do it at a startup where you can make some real money
