      Pros

      Getting to work with Mr. Perry is inspiring. His audience is very loving and his message very positive. If you want to work on a small backlot of a real working TV/Movie studio in Atlanta, this could be a good place to learn.

      Cons

      Insane politics. Trickery on paychecks. Impossible to find anyone to go to with HR issues. Constant feeling that you did something wrong even if you are there for years. Insecurity everywhere. Promises are made then broken. Everything turns on a dime depending on the upper management's mood of the day. No job security and experience all depends on loyalty to middle management even if Mr. Perry really likes you. Constant "throwing under the bus" behavior.

      Pros

      Beautiful upcoming production studio. OSHA man is on point. Seems like it can be one of the best production studios in Atlanta. Some of the employees seem nice and down to earth.

      Cons

      The facilities managers have security issues. They are very competitive with the other female employees. The managers really do not know what they are doing.! If it wasn't for the OSHA guy they would not know anything. They order the wrong kind of supplies and don't like to be challenged when told something they've done is not right. They are attention mongers and very insecure.

      Pros

      Nice campus with amenities (referring to the older East Point campus).

      Cons

      Sycophantic culture based around Mr. Perry (don't call him Tyler or TP or you'll be fired). Executive leadership is inexperienced and built around nepotism. A truly dysfunctional culture built around money.
