Poor Leadership, Finance Management team is a total joke

Poor management, unmotivated workforce, annoying corporate culture, low wages, weak benefits, no growth potential, and about as mundane a job you could find.

Territory was huge for amount of compensation. Many overnights. Lack of support from home office standpoint. The many departments that were once there have diminished. Wore many hats as field recruiter for Managers, associates and optometrist. No real support with recruiting efforts. Company could use a talent acquisition team to help support field management.

Antiquated business model. No chance of advancement. No hope of pay increases. Impossible to make a decent bonus

Poor communication, management, products and outlook

Limited pay and rewards for work

Very poor old management, did not care about people, just wanted to make quota no matter what the end product looked like.
