Pros
If you work in account management the you get medical, dental, and vision insurance paid by the company. All of the entry level employees are amazing people.
Cons
Most of what's wrong with this company is the president-- He swore at an employee in front of everyone in the office He is a huge micromanager He won't let his employees sit on certain chairs because they don't all match (Least important but still a con) he plays 102.7 all day everyday, which mentally wears you down Until recently there were no headphones for a basically telesales company All the leads are on paper which makes it difficult to find someone when they call you back Low pay for all the pressure and work you have to do
