New management & supervisor is horrible. Significant decrease in moral. Micromanages employees, gaslights situations and creates a walking on egg shell environment due to lack of communication. Retaliation against employees who report protocols are not being followed or practiced. Retaliation against employees seeking FMLA/FAMLI for health care needs. Zero work/life balance as promoted. Zero communication to employees and then there are discrepancies and accusations against teams and team members. It has become horrible and only getting worse…there is a definite favoritism towards some staff over other staff which creates a toxic workplace!
