Pros
Great camaraderie among staff; contribute to charity through a variety of different fundraising events. Always keen to train staff up in related skills and offer a friendly and positive working environment.
Cons
Coming in from outside the energy industry can be hard, but there is training to help staff get used to the terminology and also support given by individual team managers.

Cons
There is a lot going on - it requires commitment and a strong work ethic so its not for everyone.
