Pros

Great company with friendly faces, but the pay is low for the amount of work and hours you spend out in town. Great for someone out of college looking to get experience. But for everyone else, be prepared to to go out a lot.

Cons

Rules keeps changing and there’s not much consistency in what you should or shouldn’t do. Not clear management - as in go with the flow. Roles often get taken away if your city branch isn’t doing well.

I believe this is a scam. It is used for funding the parent company high street group. High street is a hedge fund that gives out stock to investors who they lost money for. When I uncovered this, I decided to quit since I didn't want to be fiscally accountable, and management didn't want to discuss my findings. There are so many issues with this.. this clearly dilutes shares earned or shares to investors of the platform if the value of those shares is really given away to cover losses. This screams of pyramid scheme.
