      Great environemnt to learn and grow. Some teams have a better work culture than others. Genrally a wonderful group of people to work with .

      Current reorganzisation and downsizing makes it difficult for external applicants to apply due to priority given to internal employees

      There is a lot of cuts due to funds problems, the work envioronment can be toxic at times
