    Uninspired and incompetent co-workers, Dull and lazy environment, all work and no play kinds.

    Working for a noble cause - for child rights across the globe. UNICEF works for a world in which every child has a fair chance in life. You can dedicate yourself to this noble cause. Very good salary. Good working environment. Work life balance.

    Pros

    The most noble mandate one can work with. Even a simple graduate can dream to become a country head here.

    Cons

    Horses and mules run together. Little appreciation for cerebral capabilities. Difficult to maintain work life balance.

    Have a clear career progression system for staff. Reduce the uncertainty in the system.

    good salary, work culture, people are friendly and helpful,office environment

    Cons

    they don't have good HR policies defined for contract employees, they expect ppl to work on all days. no policy for CL/ sick leave. No growth opportunities

    Formulate some good HR policy, try to retain good talent by giving ample of learning and growth opportunities.

    This is a non profit organisation and works on funds generated from other sources. Areas of work have a direct relationship with the government programmes and KRAs. May have to work in inhospitable areas and if you are a weak personality, do not attempt to join them.
