You will be micro-managed from the CEO down to your boss. The CEO acts as a content editor for the majority of the work produced by the marketing dept. The CEO is a narcissist who is terrible at editing and creating content. The director of the marketing dept. during my time with UPLIFT Desk was unstable and verbally harassed his teammates.

The owner won't allow the company run! He and the COO try to micromanage every single aspect if business operations. Teams at the warehouse can't perform basic functionalities because the two at the top think they HAVE to be involved in every single decision. Tasks as simple as a promotional email can't be sent without explicit permission from the owner. And even then, the purpose of the email is missed. Turnover at the mid-management to upper- management level is extremely high. That's a direct effect of the owner and his inability to work effectively with anyone.
