      Variety of work to get involved in, always busy with lot's always going on and it's great to support the university students and their welfare

      Flexible with leave at short notice.

      Cons

      Crap pay, work like a dog, no career progression, if you don't fit in they bully you out. Management are diabolical. Don't work here if you value your sanity. It's apaulling. Nasty people.
