-You are expected to work overtime everyday to get everything done but you will never be caught up on your work nor will you ever have a handle on you workload.
Old equipment/technology, too much work & too little resources, no loyalty to employees, willing to do anything to make a dollar at expense to partners & employees, management does no work just hands down more work to mid & lower level associates. Project manager is an entry level position but is portrayed to be more. They will work you until you burn out and turn you loose the next day.
