There are no positives to speak of.
Cons
No healthcare is offered. You only get Jewish holidays off and must take standard holidays like Thanksgiving off with no pay. The staff is all young people free out of colleges who still live at home with their parents and are on their parents healthcare plans, so to save more money for the bosses they offer no benefits or healthcare and will literally track the amount of time you take for lunch and will deduct you if you are late.
