Good pay rate, lots of new equipment, good training programs and lots of employee perks including an onsite gym, and free personal trainer.
Cons
extreme favoritism exhibited by management, double standards with in working environment, very little support for average worker, definitely count on working at least one day every weekend and every holiday of the year. very very difficult to advance with in the company, management lacks a connection with their employees and has a very difficult time of addressing issues and resolving them in a timely or satisfactory manner.

The pay rate was great. the other drivers were always willing to help you. Training was A++ if you have never done auto transport before.
Cons
If you liver more then 50mi from one of the terminals you'll have trouble getting home for the weekend. Or should i say for your 34hr RESTART. If the weekend comes and you run out of hrs before you make it home have, you won't be able to make up for it the next weekend. In the 5 months i worked there i was able to make it home to do a restart two weekends in a row twice. This company does not have the policy for every week out you get one day off. If you can't be home to enjoy your earnings, why make it.
