The management is fantastic! They provide ample training to flourish in your job. The staff is really accommodating.

Short shifts - flexibility- pay. The scheduling people are good to work with. Lots of work and ability to get many hours
Cons
Sometimes extra schedules are short notice but that’s because other officers call out.
