Not A Company I Would Trust

Pros

While they are working on getting you a role, they are very responsive. Some of their advice is questionable, but they usually get you an answer on a job quickly.

Cons

The cons are being left out to dry afterwards. I had accepted an offer on the promise that a formal offer letter would be sent in the next day or two, but the employer needed to hear back ASAP. Well, I had a good talk with the employer, and USPRO had been good thus far, so I went ahead and accepted. I then gave my notice to my current employer. Well, a week goes by no offer letter, emails are ignored, phone calls are not returned, and texts go unanswered. I get an email after trying to contact my recruiter for over a week saying the company has changed their mind and the offer has been rescinded. No explanation given, nothing on my end that fell apart, just changed their mind. So my employer was nice enough to cancel my resignation. My manager is a pretty understanding guy and was able to work it out with HR, but now I am under a microscope. I'm grateful I am still employed, but I cannot pretend what USPRO did was not entirely unprofessional. At any point they could've told me things were in-process or been realistic with me, but they choose to ignore and evade. After all of this, I wouldn't work with them again. My advice for any candidate, DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE give your resignation notice until you have a signed offer letter and start date in hand. Anything else they promise you is backed by nothing.
