      Its a nice company to work for. There are people who have been a part of the organization since 10 years. Its like a place where you would like to settle down

      Cons

      1. There is no flexibility when it comes to shifts 2. Lot of politics. Some people just come to office, Do no work and get good appraisals

      Pros

      Wonderful team to work with, excellent office environment. Latest technology is implemented to provide the best. Good growth as long as you work.

      Cons

      Long commute from my home, as such the company is not bad. Have not faced any negative factor so far in the company.

      Life as a DBA in USi AT&T

      Pros

      An excellent place to learn the database technologies in depth. Challenging work. Employees cared for while USi was still USi (not yet acquired by AT&T still).

      Cons

      Office politicking. Few employees are fake and are still surviving and flourishing as they have the blessings of senior people. A number of facilities withdrawn after being acquired by AT&T.
