- I don't think they have presence in UK, Just they might have created a UK website , may be registered there. Thats all. Its a fraud indian company. -No Professional Working Process - Administration People behave like Vey unprofessionals. - No Communications Channels. - No benefits communication apart from Salar like medicals, telephone etc. -They will tell you to call them ...where calls won't be picked up and even if picked up will have hunders of reasons - Its difficult to get your form 16. you ahve fight hard for that even you get an incorrect one. -looks like lot f fraud happening here in inside. -Imagine your life withou any pocess inside the organisation currently. - I am suffering after joining here. - I have wked here for more than a year now, but you know no communication from the company side for appraisals or anything else , i have called them several times and they are saying now they are workign onthat after a long time. - My kind Advice never join here , its my persoal experience. They will attract witl salary , please don't get lured by it. -Only joining case could be if ur jobless and full of debt to pay. Else in nocase u should join here. Thanks,

Since from your interview time, none of the commitments will be fulfilled ever in terms of salary or growth. HR is a powerless king here who will listen your genuine problems but will do nothing. Just like a (PUTLA) of the management. Great admin is here ONLY FOR THE POLITICS and doing non sense activities with the employees. He is such a kind of person who can make your job more miserable poking someone about you so badly in the office and destroying the balance systems between employees. He is the most dangerous and deadly member of ubique no one can imagine ever. If you spend some money for office purpose which is genuine, then please forget to get it back because to recover that money you need to visit Account Manager 50 times but then still possibility is very less or it may take 3 to 4 months after listening lots of words from him even if you have approval for that amount. Company has no policy and control in all respect. They are very selfish and more focused about their own growth but employee RETENTION is complete zero. Many good assets of ubique already left this organization and many are waiting to go just because of this non sense and monopoly activities going around here. Company is situated in a place of Kolkata where you will not get your lunch outside. More than a year about to complete and no arrangements done for the employee benefits simple fooding so how can we expect something better from this organization. IT’S A TRUE REVIEW NOTHING PERSONAL.
