RBS are now determining the agenda - less autonomy for Executive committee Executives are not of the calibrate they were Cost/income ratio is too high- huge focus on removing costs irrespective of longer term impact Overly reliant on IT from RBS which is not agile Many professional talented staff have left leaving deep knowledge gaps
