This company's owner lives by the motto "beat the workhorse till its dead, and then buy another workhorse at a cheaper rate, and make that one do more." That pretty much says it all. As a part time photographer for over three years, the expectations for speed and good results get higher every year, The excessively tightly scheduled photo events nearly always end up running hours behind, resulting in angry clients and frustrated employees. At the same time, basic care for the employees, (like providing water for 10 hour outdoor photo shoots) has dwindled. There's also been a history of the company using its complicated pay rate system to try to dodge paying employees the full amount they're owed for the day.
