      Pros

      The income potential is not bad if you live close to the local office and you have lots of discretionary income to get you through the learning curve of 3-6 months and you dont mind having to lie to customers on a daily basis.

      Cons

      This job is 100% commission. You will be expected to pay your own gas, lie to customers about employment status of sub-contractors, pricing, discounts, marketing discounts, manufacture's rebates, materials, and business partnerships. You will often have to fight with management about your front-end and back-end pay.

      Maybe 3 people in the office are decent to talk too.

      Cons

      You will not make what they say you will. They talk trash about each other religiously. If you don't bring in x number of leads a week you are fired. They want you to work like a slave picking cotton, but don't want you to make any money. If they wanted you to make money and advance, they would actually pay their workes for the leads they set. Need less to say, this company is a joke. Their products are over priced. Work anywhere else, buy from anywhere else, you'll be happy you did.

      You work Schedule anyday You don't have management down your neck.

      Cons

      Lies about pay you only make 9 to 10 hr commission 1 % after 20k.. you will never get it. No matter how many day you get less than 30hrs. The job sucks
