A company that recognises & rewards talent Feels like a small business in which a capable individual can see their own impact Complex and interesting engineering work International footprint so opportunities for travel & secondment

This company is a mess! Too many “cooks” running things & really no validity to the direction of where its going? The CEO has major brain fog & should not be running this company in his condition. I was interviewed by a former CEO that told me the position was going into a Chief of Staff type role, when in reality the new CEO had no plans for anything like that. I was WAY overqualified for this job. They didn’t want any of the improvements made that would have made huge improvements.

Most people within Ultra were great to work with. Remote/hybrid work if position allows for it. Work/life balance solid, but that can vary by position.
Cons
Recently acquired, uncertain future, company will likely be sold again in a few years. IT is understaffed and overworked, don't see that changing even with new CIO.

Although was listed company but very good working culture and relaxed work life balance, great people and mentors.
Cons
Taken over by Private Equity, not listed anymore, in the transition phase now. Bonus has been very good, salary increase could be better.
