Pros

Middle management is the real core of the business. I cannot speak highly enough of them; they are what is keeping this company afloat.

Cons

The amount of lies told by management is beyond belief. Despite being in growth mode after a very tough 18 months in the market, this period has brought out the worst in certain people. There has been zero leadership shown, with directors spending their lives on holiday and then coming back expecting everyone to have billed enough to fill their pockets. Additionally, there has been a lot of sexism shown towards the women in the office, which is hard to witness. For graduates, be prepared to be paid a pathetic amount until you get promoted, which will probably take 18 months. To put it in perspective, even if you bill £200k, you'll take home less than £10k for that. Yes, we're hiring again, but I'd recommend finding a recruitment company where the leaders actually inspire you and offer opportunities to learn from them.

Pros

office is nice. Parking is free. L&D good.

Cons

Tremendously micromanaged. Strange culture. One minute they say hello, the next minute you're unknown. Quite unfriendly from the moment i joined. It was the oddest place i think i have ever worked. Like one of the other reviews say, very gossipy also and cliquey. You will feel like just another number. WLB in my team was not the one, and the team loved the idea of staying late. Mental Health is all over their TVs, trust me, during my time there, they could not have cared less about my mental health. Again, you are just another KPI drone to them. A calm app subscription doesn't help when the people around you could not care less. Managers who should not be managers. They talk about training for managers in their Glassdoor replies, i did not see the manager go for training once during my time there, and it showed. The worst person i have ever reported to in my career. Bad commission structure. Please dont try and say you have the best in the industry, the best in the industry are fixed commissions that sit around 20%. Why should someone's commission structure be reset just because it is a different quarter?
