The woman who was recently hired as 'Head of HR and Recruitment' has ZERO knowledge of any HR skills/education. In addition, her definition of a Recruiter is a joke; once again, ZERO knowledge. Calling a temporary agency for a 'Quick Hire' to fill open job(s) positions is laughable and shows that the Company has no clue how to appropriate their funding. You're hemorrhaging money that could be spent on items to better your operations (IE: machinery, products, etc.) which would obviously yield more revenue.
