Good working environment, very supportive seniors and management, learnt a lot from the company, performance based growth. After spending 4 years with this company, I got to develop and sharpen my skills with new and challenging task to perform every day.

Good Work Culture. Extreme support from Management. Provides timely financial growth. The company is spreading itself to Australia and United Kingdom so for sure people who are joining in will surely have great chances ahead.

Cons

Online training's during work hours affects project deadlines.

Pros

Basic knowledge of .NET, HTML, Javascript and CSS enough. The projects aren't that complicated. Will give you good experience to get you started in the field of web development.

Cons

Poor work culture. AC is switched off at the whims of the boss. Low salary. Only 15 paid leaves. Micro-management. HR is non-existent. Nothing done to improve morale of the employees. School like environment. Promises made at the time of interview are not followed. Excessive working hours.
