Great work environment and company culture focused on being the best Flexible with work schedule and do not nickel & dime you on paid time off Company invests in persoanl development of staff and wants then to grow Impact on our community and developing the future of WNY Involved with the local community and charitable organizations Satisfaction of being a part of building things in WNY and helping hundreds of businesses grow and succeed
Cons
Smaller, family-run business atmosphere. If you are looking for a Fortune 500 corporate feel or a silicon valley start-up vibe with stock options and ipo's, then this may not be a great fit.
