Unilink has a clear grievance and anti-bullying procedure in place, which is available for all employees to review at any time. Our HR team is always available for confidential discussions, and we encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses behaviour that doesn’t align with our values to reach out so that we can take appropriate action.
We’re also continuously reviewing our internal systems and processes, including our technology to ensure they support both our people and our customers effectively.
