Pros

-great healthcare and benefits -amazing coworkers -access to products -get to essentially schedule your own hours and work from anywhere in territory -work phone, instead of using your own

Cons

-upper management -overworked and underpaid -no structure -employees are not given the same opportunity -federal unemployment pays better -you essentially come home every day thinking that you're not good enough. -reaction to coronavirus went viral on instagram and within the beer community, it's that bad. -the sexual harrasment in the workplace is done by a manager who has sexually harrassed employee(s) and says "just don't do it, it's bad" -there's no sense of long term commitment -there's no support if you want to move up in the industry unless it is with a shared brand of the company. they made suppliers agree to tell them if you are interviewing with the brand. -there's "only" internal growth, moving people who only have beer rep experience to other aspects of the business, without the education needed -that being said your annual raise is based off of percentage, so if you are promoted to manager level and didn't negotiate your salary, you could be making thousands less than your counterpart for the same, if not more work -they don't provide an education stipend like they say that they do in the description -if you make your bonus, you barely make enough to get by in new york, but they make it almost impossible to make your bonus, especially for anyone that has a territory outside midtown or downtown -you're expected to be glued to work at all times, and on sundays. Saturday is your only day off if you put your phone away. -You get 0 pto days during the first year, which benefits them because practically no one stays past a year -You are treated as a number

Cons

Hard physical labor Not a lot of training Treat you like a slave while training Not a lot of room for quick advancement within company Doesn't pay well Not a commission structure Long hours Puts wear and tear on your vehicle They treat you like an intern even though you wont be Even if you love beer and the industry this job is really tough and if you have a college degree do something else....seriously Also if you don't live in Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island or Brooklyn don't bother

Pros

Not much here. Good benefits...if you can last long enough to achieve them. If you like frats then it will be your perfect world.

Cons

No directive from upper management on anything. Lack of training. Poor business acumen. Slummy wages. Unattainable bonuses. Poor growth in company. Revolving door of employees. No goals set for individuals. No sense of leadership or strategy.
