It's a startup , so lots of learning.
Cons
Management's words and promises do not align with their actions Lots of gossiping and backstabbing even from senior management Feedback weren't objective - it was already becoming personal Respect goes out the door when the pressure to deliver becomes too intense Work-life balance on paper, but on actual they take it against you when you use your right to take leaves/sick leaves Blame game instead of learning, growing, and supporting each other to correct mistakes while in the discovery phase (since this is a startup)
