      Good policies and sincere employees

      Cons

      Founders are changing opinion all the time. They lack trust in the team. No matter how hard you work, there is no appreciation. Smallest things upset founders and they fire people at whim. Total lack of transparency. Business is off target.

      Centrally located in the heart of the city Snack counter is good

      Cons

      Company leaders firmly believe in hire and fire culture. Given the current market, they are in the mode of demanding more and more from employees until they burn out and leave - if you don't, they fire you when the temporary work you were hired for gets done. Worst part is, to protect this company culture, they have asked HR to put in five star reviews and are forcing new hires to write reviews as soon as they join.
