-Growing and changing environment focused on success rather than profit - has a good secure management team for once -More focused on smaller book of products rather than selling the farm as they were in the past -I have seen a few changes in management and this one is by far the longest and most secure and changing the company to be something proud of working for

Cons

-diverse split between sales team and tech team (us vs them) - has a bad history that many people still remember -bad past reviews that cast a shade on a structurally sound resurging company profile
