Pros

Unfortunately, there are no notable positive aspects to highlight about working here.

Cons

The work environment at UNAOC is deeply concerning. Instances of daily harassment and intimidation are common, creating a toxic atmosphere. Managers frequently engage in unprofessional behavior, including yelling at each other, demonstrating a lack of leadership skills. There is an over-reliance on the “we are like a family” approach, which often undermines professionalism and accountability. Managers tend to react poorly to constructive feedback, taking it personally rather than using it as an opportunity for growth. Communication between managers and their teams is inadequate, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Unfortunately, the organization does not embody its mission of fostering dialogue and collaboration. This disconnect between stated values and actual practices severely undermines its credibility.
