Autonomy in work but limited growth opportunities

Pros
Fully autonomous. Work only for one customer for long period of time. You are getting busy only with operationals with the company
Cons
Issues with personal development plan. Very hard to get promotion in client company but you can raise the salary

Pros
They let you be. They are mere intermediaries between you and the final company for which you do the actual work. I can go weeks without having contact with the uSoftware people, and when I do, it's mostly positive. Also, you can make with them the type of money it's very difficult to make with a regular indefinite contract.
Cons
They have some benefits but I wouldn't say they're great.
