Overall Unitybees is a fantastic place to work, but like most workplaces friendly. Our's is world class, so I love my day very much . Very collaborative and encouraging environment.

Pros

The work environment is highly motivating. There was a true spirit of learning new technologies and research when I was working. This company is built strong with the power of freshers with a proper guidance from the top level management. They got a perfect plan for moulding their employees. A few of things which I would like to highlight 1. The management encourage to come up with new ideas or product concepts 2. A Stress free work environment. 3. Flexible timings/Work from home for genuine employees and reasons. 4. Great attitude from the management team. 5. Immense opportunities for the freshers. I really miss this place often. Even I tried once to get into the team again.

Cons

1. The management is not keen on holding the freshers or those who are leaving the company. The attitude is “let the employees spread their wings and fly high without any support” once I asked the CEO on an open forum. 2. Too much of lenience which some employees ruin the work culture.

Pros

The environment and work culture are very friendly. I have been with Unity Bees for past 2 years. This is one of the best environment I ever worked. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. That you can join as a Fresher and build your career goals. * Work From Home(if the reasons are genuine) * Best of talented colleagues * No pressure for Billability. So complete focus is on our Work. Great mentors are in the company to give a proper guidance in career progression, they are helping me a lot to set my career goals and growth. You have a fabulous option to work with CTO/CEO of the company even if you are fresher, that opens a lot of doors in your career. Unity Bees has skilled professionals (technical, devs and functional) who are passionate about what they do and deliver quality. It is a pleasure to work in an environment where you can learn a lot from others and which is very supportive. The culture is very opened and offers a great life balance!

Timing is strict, some have to travel long distance, Please consider the change in office timing.

Unity bees has given me an amazing opportunity in their customer service department and Im so glad and honoured to work with such a great IT company. Though they are small in numbers, my managing director and the whole team was very cooperative. This company overall has a great culture to work and learn. This company makes sure to take care of their employees in every ways. Im so happy to be one of them for few years.

Well I would like them to come back to Trivandrum. Moving to Cochin wasn't a great idea and one reason I had to leave this organisation.

Friendly Managers and Leads. The leaders are truly invested in each individual's growth and success. It's nice for people who actually care about your future and invest time and money to help you be successful."Managers at this company are really effective at leading their teams. They show that they care about employees by sitting down with them one-on-one to discuss their futures, the projects they are working on, and any challenges that they stand in their own way.

They are strict. There is no such Cons to inform the public. From my point of view, i am okay with the company.

An excellent work place and is an example of a perfect IT Company.A devoted team of professionals who are very much committed to the company and a reciprocating management which understands employee satisfaction is the key to success. We get opportunities to work with emerging technologies. Maintains a healty work life balance and never disappoints anyone

The company has the potential to compete with any MNC. Can focus on big projects,  employee' support is with you. The future looks green.

Unity Bees have a good working atmosphere. Very good management team . Many activities(such as team outing,team lunch etc...) are conducted to reduce work stress and make employees feel calm and cool.

Never expect salary on time. Never get your 2 months notice period salary (management will tell you will get it after 45 business days) No benefits for late night works Ask for previous employee about their experience in working at this company.

Career wise Growth is 100 % Employee prominance towards excellent ideas. Management is very understandable.

Nothing much to say about the Cons. Management can understand the issues and they will sort it out correctly.
