The company software is designed to subtract your hourly rate from any time that was not spent in a call.
(This is quite deceptive as they offer a high base rate however it will be substantially reduced for all the time not in a call e.g. making notes, bathroom breaks etc.)
They offer a commission incentive to make sales, but the highest amount per sale was $2 which is not very inspiring.
If you do not hit your KPI’s, they will cut your hours and recruit new staff (essentially rinse and repeat.)
