      36 hour work week if you want, but you get paid less.

      Awful pay, no empathy or understanding. harsh attendance policy, racist and old management, micromanagers

      Pros

      The manager I had was super great and extremely awesome. She was super supportive of my goals and ambitions. Work-life balance was good, as we only worked 32 HR work weeks.

      Cons

      Senior leadership was very dismissive of employee feedback. Favoritism played a major factor within in the company.
