Working within Advanced Manufacturing Interesting and diverse projects mainly within automotive sector Challenging work and fast paced environment (the days go by quickly) Great teams that are friendly and knowledgable Very good progression opportunities Rapidly expanding company
Cons
Due to the company expanding sometimes longer hours are needed and it can feel stressful at times, having said that, I feel work in general would be boring if it didn't have some stress points.
